Biography

Ben’s focus is both business and individual clients. His practice also includes trust administration and accounting services, individual and business tax planning services, as well as return preparation, estate planning, compilation and review services and management advisory and consulting services. His clientele ranges from individuals to large corporations in the manufacturing, real estate, wholesale, retail and professional service industries.

Ben joined McLain, Hill, Rugg & Associates, Inc. in 2000 and was admitted as a partner in 2018. Ben graduated from Hocking College and Ohio University with degrees in accounting, communication and management.

Ben embraces the firm’s commitment to civic service and community involvement. He is a member of the Sons of the American Legion, an active volunteer at Holy Trinity Church and Holy Trinity School. Ben is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.
